VINTAGE RETRO HARRIS LEBUS WRITING BUREAU in LIGHT TAUPE.
This 1950’s Mid Century writing bureau is a stunning piece designed by popular British maker Harris Lebus. Here it has been refinished in a light taupe colour with elements of exposed wood and accentuated details. The top drawer features a beautiful carved design which has been highlighted in a creamy white paint colour that then travels through the interior of the desk and its drawers.
Unique features such as the carved wood design, the sculpted ball feet, and the original brass pulls truly make this desk a one-of-a-kind vintage item.
Please be aware this is an upcycled, refurbished piece of furniture which has some age-related marks. Any such minor wear and tear is part of its history and is not detrimental to the overall appearance of the piece.
CONDITION:
In good vintage condition and standing solid. Refurbished with the utmost care, however as with all pre-loved furniture it may still show signs of its previous life. All painted furniture has been sealed with furniture wax or varnish, unless otherwise specified. Soft pads are placed on the underside of legs and furniture to protect your furniture and interior floors.
