RETRO 1950s CABINET in ART DECO COLOUR BLOCK DESIGN
Dating from the 1950s, this AustinSuite cabinet has been given a true NutsForWood makeover with a bold Art Deco-inspired colour block design. The large cabinet doors feature an abstract mix of blue, grey, pink and black geometrical shapes against a soft white background. Certain elements, such as the original wooden drawer handles and the frame of the cabinet have been sanded down and oiled to reveal a beautiful oak.
With two long bottom drawers and a main compartment equipped with a fitted shelf, this cabinet offers ample practical storage. Through the cabinet doors, the interior has been finished with a dramatic matt black and a discreet accent of fuchsia.
A unique statement piece for a contemporary home.
Please be aware this is an upcycled, refurbished, and renewed piece of furniture which has some age-related marks. Any such minor wear and tear is part of its history and is not detrimental to the overall appearance of the piece.
CONDITION:
In good vintage condition and standing solid. Refurbished with the utmost care, however as with all pre-loved furniture it may still show signs of its previous life. All painted furniture has been sealed with furniture wax or varnish, unless otherwise specified. Soft pads are placed on the underside of legs and furniture to protect your furniture and interior floors.
